How to control the accuracy of the cnc machining

If it is to control the accuracy of the shape, it needs to be completed by the accuracy of the machine tool and the tool. The common control methods mainly include the tool method, the generation method, and the tool nose trajectory method. If it is to control the positional accuracy, then it is necessary to ensure the accurate position of the processed parts through machine tools, furniture and workpiece clamping, etc.


The belt reamer is commonly connected to the CNC lathe to avoid diameter expansion or hole appearance deviation during reaming. The commonly used wave collet for the wave connection between the reamer and the lathe spindle is shown in Figure 7-10 below. The taper shank 1 of the wave collet is assembled in the taper hole of the CNC lathe, the reamer taper shank is installed in the taper sleeve 2, the stopper 3 is used to bear the axial force, and the nut 4 can transmit the torque. Because there is a relatively large gap between the tail end of the tapered sleeve 2 and the hole, the nut 4 and the small round hole, the reamer is in a fluctuating state.



When machining precision parts in a machining factory, you should be very careful and cautious as a worker. Use a dial indicator to detect the tool on the spindle to control the static runout within 3μm. If necessary, you need to re-clamp or replace the tool holder. System; whether it is a part that is processed for the first time or a part that is repeatedly processed periodically, it must be checked and checked one by one according to the drawing process, program and tool adjustment card before processing, especially for the tool length in the program. For compensation and radius compensation, make trial cutting if necessary.



Fourth, the processing skills of large CNC lathes

At the same time, there are also some workpieces whose precision requirements are not too high or the cutting amount is small, and may also require only one fine cutting to reach the workpiece.



Hydraulic/pneumatic fixture is a special fixture that uses oil pressure or air pressure as the power source to realize the positioning, support and compression of the workpiece through hydraulic or pneumatic components. The hydraulic/pneumatic fixture can accurately and quickly determine the mutual position between the workpiece, the machine tool and the tool. The positional accuracy of the workpiece is guaranteed by the fixture, and the machining accuracy is high; the positioning and clamping process is fast, which greatly saves the time required for clamping and releasing the workpiece. At the same time, it has the advantages of compact structure, multi-station clamping, high-speed heavy cutting, and automatic control. The above advantages of hydraulic/pneumatic clamps make them especially suitable for use in CNC machine tools, machining centers, flexible production lines, and especially for large-scale processing.
